TITLE: RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATION OF TAXES FOR A 100% DISABLED VETERAN EXEMPTION ON BLOCK 15201 LOT 28

WHEREAS, The Department of Veteran Affairs determined that Stephen Redish Jr. at 68 Spyglass Drive, Block 15201 Lot 28, has a service connected disability that was totally disabling effective 6/26/14 and has owned the above listed parcel since 10/30/01, and;

WHEREAS, the property owner has made application to the Township as a totally disabled veteran, which has been approved by the Municipal Assessor on 7/19/21 and;

WHEREAS, it is Township policy to grant the exemption for the current year, and up to two preceding years

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
