WHEREAS, The Department of Veteran Affairs determined that Dennis O'Brien at 84 Buckingham Dr, Block 13203 Lot 6, has a service connected disability that was totally disabling effective 5/18/18 and has owned the above listed parcel since 12/28/90, and;
WHEREAS, the property owner has made application to the Township as a totally disabled veteran, which has been approved by the Municipal Assessor on 6/10/21 and;
WHEREAS, it is Township policy to grant the exemption for the current year, and up to two preceding years
