RESOLUTION 330R-21 TITLE: RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION#315R-21 AUTHORIZING ADDED DPW LIEN TAXES ON VARIOUS PROPERTIES MOTION TO APPROVE BY: FLEMMING MOTION SECONDED BY: BORRELLI YES: BORRELLI, CHISHOLM, FLEMMING, KERN ABSENT: SAUICKIE
WHEREAS, Resolution #315R-21 adopted on 8/10/21 authorized Added DPW Lien Taxes on various properties that required DPW to provide property maintenance for code violations, and;
WHEREAS, 1 parcel listed below was sold prior to the work being performed and the new owners were not notified to correct the violations due to the timing involved with the change in ownership information, and;
WHEREAS, The Collector billed the parcel per the 8/10/21 Resolution and the charges need to be removed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Jackson, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
The 1 parcel listed below is to be removed from the previous Added DPW Lien list approved by Resolution on 8/10/21 and the Collector is directed to remove the charges.

TITLE: RESOLUTION CANCELING TAXES ON VARIOUS TOWNSHIP OWNED PROPERTIES
MOTION TO APPROVE BY: FLEMMING MOTION SECONDED BY: BORRELLI YES: BORRELLI, CHISHOLM, FLEMMING, KERN ABSENT: SAUICKIE
WHEREAS, The Township acquired Block 11501 Lot 7.01 on 11/11/20 and is exempt for 2021 taxes, and;
WHEREAS, The Township acquired Block 13001 Lot 48 on 2/8/21 and is exempt for the remainder of 2021 taxes, and;
WHEREAS, The Township acquired Block 17302 Lot 10 on 12/1/20 and is exempt for 2021 taxes, and;
WHEREAS, the taxes listed below need to be cancelled for 2021 and the 2022 Preliminary taxes need to be removed as well until the parcels are listed as exempt in the 2022 tax duplicate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
