NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, that:

  1. The Cash Bond posted by RZ Holdings, LLC in the amount of $8,500.00 for Block 13501, Lots 6 & 7 may and are hereby released due to the posting of a replacement Performance Guarantee by May Caliview, LLC.
  2. The Mayor and Township Clerk are authorized to sign or issue any appropriate documentation to give effect to the within Resolution.
  3. That upon the adoption of this Resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to the Developers, Township Engineer, Township Attorney, and Finance.

WHEREAS, the Office of Registrar is vacant as of August 26, 2021; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:8-17, the Registrar shall serve a term of office for a three year period; and

WHEREAS, Janice Kisty currently serves as Registrar for the Township of Jackson with a term ending August 25, 2021; and

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Township Council to re-appoint Janice Kisty as Registrar for a three year term.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Jackson Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:

  1. Janice Kisty is hereby re-appointed as Registrar for a three (3) term commencing August 26, 2021 and ending August 25, 2024.
  2. Fees paid to the Registrar are paid in accordance with State Statutes and salary guidelines established by the Township of Jackson.
  3. Copies of this resolution to appointee, Municipal Administrator, Personnel Department, Finance Department and any other interested parties.
