TITLE: AUTHORIZE THE PREPARATION, ADVERTISEMENT AND RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR RECYCLING ROLLOFF CONTAINERS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON

WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson is desirous of obtaining bids for recycling rolloff containers for the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Department is requesting approval to prepare, advertise and receive bids for recycling rolloff containers for the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the Township Council wishes to authorize the preparation, advertisement and receipt of bids for said recycling rolloff containers; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, this 26th day of October, 2021, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, that the preparation, advertisement and receipt of bids for recycling rolloff containers for the Department of Public Works for the Township of Jackson is hereby approved. Copies of this resolution to Purchasing any other interested parties.
