NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, does hereby approve amending Resolution No. 074R-21 whereby adding vendor Groff Tractor Mid Atlantic, LLC for Grounds Equipment, under contract number ESCNJ 18/19-25 (2/22/19 – 2/21/23).
Copies of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Purchasing Department and any other interested parties.

WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Township Tax Collector that the taxpayers as indicated on the attached Schedule “A” are entitled to overpayment refunds, and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Township Council to have these overpayments returned to the respective taxpayers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that:
The Tax Collector is hereby authorized to make overpayment refunds in the amount shown and to the taxpayers, as appears on Schedule “A” which made a part hereof.
Copies of this Resolution to the Tax Collector.
