WHEREAS, the Municipal Clerk has not received any objection to the proposed place-to-place transfer pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:2-7.5; and

WHEREAS, it is now the desire of this governing body to authorize the transfer of said Plenary Retail Alcoholic Beverage Consumption License

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

  1. The Township Council of Jackson Township hereby formally authorizes the place-to-place transfer of this license, currently held “in pocket status”, a “sited” license at 515 Monmouth Road.
  2. The building at 515 Monmouth Road which will utilize said license shall be subject to inspection prior to the license becoming “active”.
  3. That upon the adoption of this resolution, the Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, the applicant and the Chief of Police.

  9. WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has requested approval for the purchase of one (1) 2022 case loader wheel loader T4F from Groff Tractor Mid Atlantic, LLC, an approved New Jersey Cooperative Pricing System per attached Schedule A:
  10. ITEM CONTRACT NO. 1. One (1) 2022 case loader wheel loader T4F, Model 621GXT ESCNJ #18/19-25 2/22/19-2/21/23
  11. AMOUNT $156,282.00
  12. ; and
  13. WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson, pursuant to N.J.S.A.40A:11-12a and N.J.A.C. 5:34-7.29(c) may by resolution and without advertising for bids, purchase any goods or services under the New Jersey Cooperative Pricing System; and
  14. WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that sufficient funding exists and is available for this purpose, in account number C-04-55-842-000-529; and
  15. WHEREAS, the Township Council has considered the Department of Public Work’s need for the above vehicle; and
  16. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
  17. That the Township Council does hereby authorize the purchase of the above referenced (1) 2022 case loader wheel loader T4F with a 5 yr-5000 HR warranty from Groff Tractor Mid Atlantic, LLC, 212 Monmouth Road, Freehold, NJ 07728, an approved New Jersey Cooperative Pricing System, ESCNJ #18/19-25, which contract term expires 2/21/23, with a properly executed purchase order.
