TITLE: ANNUAL REVIEW OF COMPENSATION FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS FOR DISTRICTS 2, 3 & 4 IN THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON FOR CY 2022
WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:14-88 provides that each member of the Board of Fire Commissioners shall receive as compensation such amounts as each Board shall fix; and
WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:14-88 further provides that the compensation so fixed shall be subject to review by the governing body wherein the Fire District is located; and
WHEREAS, the compensation amounts for Jackson Township Fire Districts 2, 3 and 4 are set forth on the attached “Schedule A”.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, that:
The Township Council has reviewed the compensation for each of the Fire Districts 2, 3 and 4 as set forth on the attached Schedule A, as required by N.J.S.A. 40A:14-88.
Copies of this resolution to Fire District 2, Fire District 3, Fire District 4, CFO, and any other interested parties.

TITLE: RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES POSTED BY SIX PROGRESS PLACE, LLC ISSUED FOR BLOCK 2401, LOT 11 (6 PROGRESS PLACE) UPON THE POSTING OF THE REQUIRED MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE

WHEREAS, Six Progress Place, LLC has requested the release Performance Guarantees posted for 6 Progress Place, Block 2401, Lot 11, Jackson Township; and
WHEREAS, the Performance Guarantee consists of $107,573.40 in the form of a Performance Surety bond; Bond No. CM100732 issued by First Indemnity of America Insurance Company and a Cash Bond in the amount of $11,952.60; and
WHEREAS, Stephen Schreiber of T&M Associates, Township Engineer, has reviewed and approved the release of said Performance Guarantees in letter report dated November 23, 2021, which letter report is made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of Jackson has considered the application and the report of the Engineer.
