NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
That the Township Council hereby formally approves and authorizes Change Order No. 1 to the contract between the Township of Jackson and Earl Asphalt Company, increasing the contract by $10,289.00 for the project known as CY 2021 Roadway Improvement Program, resulting in an adjusted contract price of $1,879,202.13 charged to account number C-04-55-840-001-929.
That upon the adoption of the within resolution, the Township Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to Stephen Schreiber, Township Engineer; the Purchasing Department, Earle Asphalt Company and any other interested parties.

WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson previously awarded a contract via Resolution 269R-21 to Spatial Data Logic Corp. for the provision of certain proprietary computer software for its Construction, Zoning and Code Enforcement departments; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase the amount of the initial contract by $7,000.00 to import tree permits ($4,000.00) from GovPilot and Landlord Registrations ($3,000.00) from FRA; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
That the Township Council hereby formally approves and authorizes the increase to the contract between the Township of Jackson and Spatial Data Logic Corporation for the purpose of importing tree permits from GovPilot and Landlord Registrations from FRA, increasing the contract by $7,000.00.
That upon the adoption of the within resolution, the Township Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to Terence Wall, Andrew Cheney, the Purchasing Department, Spatial Data Logic Corporation and any other interested parties.

Peter Van der Kooy – The amendments are minor housekeeping with no substantive changes and the Planning Board passed unanimous.
Council President Kern confirmed the projects are not changing and Mr. Van der kooy the projects are not changing it is the number 290 to 280 is an analysis based on zoning of what the land could theoretically could contain and Township actually is obligated to do less in the zoning permits for that land.
