Stormwater Management Report South Hope Chapel Rd. Subdivision Project #23184
Proposed Hydrology
The site is proposed to contain a 11 lot subdivision. 9 of the lots will contain single family houses and associated driveways. One of the lots will contain a multifamily house with associated parking lot. The final lot will contain a stormwater basin. The stormwater runoff generated by the developed area will be collected and treated through proposed porous pavement, bioretention basins and infiltration basins. The front half of the site includes 4 single family lots, one multifamily lot and the front portion of the road. This portion will be treated first through bioretention basin 1 and then routed to subsurface infiltration basin 1. The back north portion of the site, which contains 2 single family lots, a basin lot and half of the back portion of the road, will be treated first through bioretention basin 2 and porous pavement 2, and then routed to infiltration basin 2. The back south portion of the site, which contains 3 single family lots and half of the back portion of the road, will be treated first through bioretention basin 3 and porous pavement 3, and then routed to infiltration basin 3.
The proposed points of analysis and drainage areas are summarized in the tables below.
