| Recommendation(s)/Decision(s) |
To proceed with the sealing and implementation of the Newquay Town Council (Off-street Parking Places) Order 2022 as set out (no changes), effective from 01 April 2022.
The above decision is pursuant to the delegated authority provided to both the Town Clerk and Chief Executive and the Chair of the Environment and Facilities Committee.
The above decision also requires a number of new signs and meter re-programming ahead of a new parking meter being installed. These are all in-hand by the office and ordered. We are simply awaiting approved parking order tariff information to commission the new permanent signage. This decision will now enable us to order the signs.
To publish this report on the Council's website, alongside the consultation and a copy of the new order.
