If approved by a majority of the voters, operation of gambling games may continue at Dubuque Greyhound Park at Mystique Casino in Dubuque County until the question is voted on again at the general election in eight years. If disapproved by a majority of the voters, gambling games at Dubuque Greyhound Park at Mystique Casino in Dubuque County will end.

The continued operation of gambling games on an excursion gambling boat or at a gambling structure in Dubuque County is approved. If approved by a majority of the voters, operation of gambling games may continue on an excursion gambling boat or at a gambling structure in Dubuque County until the question is voted on again at the general election in eight years. If disapproved by a majority of voters, gambling games on an excursion gambling boat or at a gambling structure in Dubuque County will end nine years from the date of the original issue of the license to the current licensee.
