authorizes and ratifies the Township's application to GA for grant funds in the pending GA funding round, to assist in preserving the Property;
authorizes the Township Mayor, and such other Township officers and employees identified by the Township Mayor, to pursue the necessary steps to complete said project, subject to such further Township Counsel approval as may be required; and
appoints the Township Administrator, as the primary contact person for the Township in regard to this endeavor.
