TITLE: AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 012-05 WHICH APPOINTED MEMBERS TO THE JACKSON TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY AND ESTABLISHED TERMS OF SAID APPOINTEES

WHEREAS, Jackson Township previously appointment members to the Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority pursuant to Resolution No. 012R-05; and

WHEREAS, the term date(s) contained in Resolution No. 012R-05 were incorrectly noted as January 31, 2009; and

WHEREAS, the correct term date should read “term ending on January 31, 2010”

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:

  1. Joseph Grisanti is hereby appointed to a five (5) year term on the Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority commencing February 1, 2005 and expiring January 31, 2010.
  2. Clara Glory is hereby appointed as Alternate I on the Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority commencing February 1, 2005 and expiring January 31, 2010.
  3. Appointees shall perform such duties and responsibilities as set forth by State Statute and the Municipal Code of the Township of Jackson.
  4. Appointees shall receive such compensation as provided for under Chapter 31 of the Municipal Code of the Township of Jackson.
  5. Certified copies of this resolution to appointees, Executive Director of the Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority, Municipal Administrator and any other interested parties.
