RESOLUTION 084-05 TITLE: AMEND SALARY RESOLUTION NO. 059R-05 (TELECOMMUNICATORS CY 2005) MOTION TO APPROVE BY: KAFTON MOTION SECONDED BY: GIBLIN YES: GIBLIN, REILLY, SEDA, KAFTON & BRODERICK

WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Township Committee of the Township of Jackson to adopt a Resolution establishing the annual salaries of the Municipal Employees in accordance with the Annual Salary Ordinance; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and Township Committee approved and adopted Resolution No. 59R-05 on January 10, 2005, and there exists a need to amend said Resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, state of New Jersey that:

  1. Resolution No. 59R-05 (2005 Telecommunicator Salaries) is hereby amended as per “Schedule A” attached hereto effective January 1, 2005.
  2. Copies of this Resolution to Municipal Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, Department Heads, and any other interested parties.
