RESOLUTION 083-05 TITLE: AMEND SALARY RESOLUTION NO 552R-04 (PBA LOCAL 168 CY 2003)

WHEREAS, It is necessary for the Township Committee of the Township of Jackson to adopt a Resolution establishing the annual salaries of the Municipal Employees in accordance with the Annual Salary Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Township Committee approved and adopted Resolution No. 552R-04 on November 8, 2004, and there exists a need to amend said Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY THAT:
Resolution No 552R-04 (2003 P.B.A. Salaries) are hereby amended as per “Schedule A” attached hereto effective January 1, 2003.
Copies of this Resolution to Appointees, Municipal Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Public Safety, Director of Personnel, and any other interested parties.
