TITLE: AUTHORIZE THE APPOINTMENT OF T & M ASSOCIATES TO THE POSITION OF CONFLICT ENGINEER ON ALL MATTERS INVOLVING TOLL BROTHERS DEVELOPERS

WHEREAS, positions of Conflict Township Engineers are to be appointed by the Township Committee; and

WHEREAS, the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1, et seq.) requires the Notice of a resolution authorizing the award of contracts for “Professional Services” without competitive bids must be publicly advertised; and

WHEREAS, the maximum amount of this contract is undetermined and the Chief Financial Officer has certified that a maximum of $5,000 is available for this purpose in an appropriation in the 2005 Temporary Budget entitled:

Engineering Services; Other Expenses
