RESOLUTION 064R-05
TITLE: AUTHORIZE TAX OVERPAYMENT REFUNDS
MOTION TO APPROVE BY: KAFTON
MOTION SECONDED BY: GIBLIN
YES: GIBLIN, REILLY, SEDA, KAFTON & BRODERICK
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Township Tax Collector that the taxpayers as indicated on the attached Schedule “A” are entitled to overpayment refunds, and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Township Committee to have these overpayments returned to the respective taxpayers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that:
The Tax Collector is hereby authorized to make overpayment refunds in the amount shown and to the taxpayers, as appears on Schedule “A” which is made apart hereof.
Copies of this Resolution to the Tax Collector and respective taxpayers, and any other interested parties.
