Dear Ms. D'Agostino:
This firm represents Israel Birnbaum ("Applicant") in connection with the application pending before the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a use variance and bulk variances for a house of worship at property he owns located at 263 Jackson Pines Road ("Property").
Per the request of the Board's Planner at the Board's March 5, 2025 hearing, I am enclosing a copy of an inspection report dated November 4, 2024 addressing safety concerns relating to the tent. The report was submitted to the Jackson Municipal Court in connection with the ongoing enforcement proceedings occurring there. I am also forwarding a report prepared by the Township Fire Official conducted shortly after the completion of the inspection report, confirming there were no violations at the tent.
