The client submitted seven (7) checks in the amount of $1,000, $6,000, $50, $1,000, $50, $617.40 and $10.

I understand that escrow funds are still available at the Township of $3,324.87. The only three (3) checks you now need are:

Zoning Certificate Application Commercial Resolution Fee $50.00

Tax Map Fee $150.00

In addition, we are providing the following:

18 sets of the Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan consisting of two (2) sheets dated 6/22/23

A PDF of the Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan consisting of two (2) sheets dated 6/22/23 will be emailed to you.
