Additional changes include construction of a new intersection where the new roadway intersects S.R. 19 (Howey Road) just south of Phelps Street. S.R. 19, from north of the new intersection to W. Grove Street, will also be resurfaced. Southbound S.R. 19 left-turn lanes and a right-turn lane will be added at the new intersection. On S.R. 19 south of the new intersection, the roadway will be widened south to near Crittenden Street.
