  1. March Town Council (MTC). Are requested to:
  2. March Detachment of the Army Cadet Force. Support the March Town Sunday Remembrance parade by:

  4. Fund the road closures.
  5. Provide the indemnity insurance for both events.
  6. Host the Deputy Lieutenant (DL).
  7. Host the United States Visiting Forces (USVF) Officer.
  8. Host parade personnel at the Rookswood Club after the parade.
  9. Nominating a Cadet to collect the DLL's wreath.
  10. 1220 (March) Squadron of the Air Training Corps. Support the March Town Sunday Remembrance parade by:

10. Standard Bearers and Escorts. Are requested to:

  • Present the DLL with a wreath.
  • Nominating a cadet to present the Normandy Veterans wreath.
  • Nominating a cadet to re-position the wreaths at the war memorial.
  • Present a wreath during the wreath laying ceremony.
  • Provide first responder (First Aid) cover for their contingent.
  • Providing a marching band to lead the parade.
  • Nominate a cadet to re-position the wreaths at the war memorial.

  • Military, to take part within the Armistice parade.
  • All to take part within the March Town Sunday Remembrance Parade.
  • Reverend Smith. You are requested to:
  • Lead the Act of Remembrance within both events.
  • Deliver a Remembrance service at St Peter's Church from 0950-1030hrs, 9 Nov 25.
  • Allow the Ladies Section of the Royal British Legion to take the collection, 9 Nov 25.
