RESOLUTION 453-02 TITLE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF GIRLS SOFTBALL SUPERVISORS

MOTION TO APPROVE BY: GIBLIN MOTION SECONDED BY: GRISANTI YES: GIBLIN, GRISANTI, KAFTON, KRAKOWER & BRODERICK

WHEREAS, a need exists in the Recreation Department for the appointment of personnel for the Recreation Girl’s Fall Softball Program; and

WHEREAS, the Municipal Administrator has made a recommendation for the appointment of individuals to fill said positions;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY that:

1. The following is hereby appointed to the position of Girl's Softball Supervisor at a salary of $10.25 per hour:
2. Bob Gohl Tom Meyer Eugene Sharkey
2. Said appointment is effective immediately on a temporary part time basis pending approval by the NJ Department of Personnel.
3. Copies of this resolution to appointees, Recreation Superintendent, Chief Financial Officer, Municipal Administrator, Personnel Manager and any other interested parties.

TITLE: AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN JACKSON TOWNSHIP AND PETER MAHER FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES FOR CY 2002
