NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, that the Performance Bond, consisting of $7,830.00 in the form of a Bond and $870.00 in the form of a Cash Guarantee, heretofore posted with the Township may and hereby is released on the condition that the applicant:

  1. The owner of this property is to remove piles of construction debris, broken concrete and/or dirt stockpiled along Edison Avenue to the satisfaction of the Jackson Township Code Enforcer. Written approval from the Code Enforcer should be furnished to the Office of the Township Clerk.
  2. There are trailers and construction equipment stored within the right-of-way of Franklin Avenue (unimproved). Notice of the occupation of the right-of-way was provided for informational purposes and further action due to code enforcement and/or liability issues that may be applicable. This issue needs to be addressed to the satisfaction of the Jackson Township Code Enforcer. Written approval from the Code Enforcer should be furnished to the Office of the Township Clerk.
