Prior to the second reading, a copy of this Ordinance shall be posted on the Bulletin Board in the Municipal Building and copies shall be made available at the Township Clerk’s Office in said Municipal Building to members of the general public who shall request such copies.

MOTION TO APPROVE ORDINANCE 39-02 ON SECOND READING, ADVERTISE THE NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND APPROVAL IN AN APPROVED NEWSPAPER AS REQUIRED BY LAW BY: GIBLIN MOTION SECONDED BY: GRISANTI YES: GIBLIN, GRISANTI, KAFTON, KRAKOWER & BRODERICK

BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

SECTION 1. There is hereby vacated all of the right, title and interest of the public in all of that portion of Fargo Avenue located between the borders of Lakewood Township on both ends of Fargo Avenue; all of the above as shown on the official Tax assessment Map of the Township pursuant to the provisions of N.J.R.S. 40:67-19.

SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause of provision of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to that section, subdivision, clause or provision so adjudged and the remainder of this ordinance shall be deemed to be valid and effective.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final passage and publications as required by law.
