  • provide additional application information and furnish such documents as may be required act as the authorized correspondent of the above named applicant, and
  • WHEREAS, the State shall determine if the application is complete and in conformance with the scope and intent of the Green Acres Program, and notify the applicant of the amount of the funding award; and
  • WHEREAS, the applicant is willing to use the State's funds in accordance with such rules, regulations and applicable statutes, and is willing to enter into an agreement with the State for the above named project.
  • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey:
  • That the Township Administrator of the above named body or board is hereby authorized to execute an agreement and any amendment thereto with the State known as Jackson Township Open Space Acquisition Plan (Vista property), File No. 1512-03-021, and; [Note: Please authorize only one official to sign the project agreement on behalf of the local government or nonprofit.]
  • That the applicant has its matching share of the project, if a match is required, in the amount of $-0-; and
  • That, in the event the State’s funds are less than the total project cost specified above, the applicant has the balance of funding necessary to complete the project, and; The applicant agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in its performance of the project.

  • WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson has a need for various Legal and Professional Services for calendar year 2008; and
  • WHEREAS, the Township Council has determined to utilize the Fair and Open Process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. for the solicitation of sealed proposals for these Services.
  • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
  • That the Township Council does hereby authorize the preparation, advertisement and receipt of sealed proposals for 2008 Legal and Professional Services for the Township of Jackson, the Jackson Township Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Rent Leveling Board and the Jackson Township MUA.
  • That after the date and time for the receipt of sealed proposals has been determined, A Notice for the Solicitation of Professional Services shall be advertised as prescribed by law.
