WHEREAS, a need exists for the appointment of a part time Clerk in the Township Clerk’s Officer; and

WHEREAS, the Municipal Administrator has made recommendations for the appointment of an individual to fill said position;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY that:

The following is hereby appointed to the position of part time Clerk at a salary of $10.90 per hour;

Said appointment is effective August 27, 2002 and is on a temporary part time basis pending background compliance and approval by the NJ Department of Personnel.
