TITLE: RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF MOBILE HOME PARK LICENSE FOR THE YEAR 2002 TO FOUNTAINHEAD PROPERTIES T/A FOUNTAINHEAD PARK

WHEREAS, Fountainhead Properties t/a Fountainhead Park has requested a renewal of its Mobile Home Park License for Calendar Year 2002 for property located at 1 Rose Drive, a/k/a Block 111, Lot 39, Jackson Township; and

WHEREAS, per Chapter 99 of the Jackson Code, said applicant has submitted an application in proper form, paid the required fees and has received approval from various municipal departments and agencies.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:

  1. The application of Fountainhead Properties t/a Fountainhead Park for renewal of its Mobile Home Park License for the premises known as 1 Rose Drive, a/k/a Block 111, Lot 39, Jackson Township, is hereby approved.
  2. The Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid renewal to the applicant.
  3. Said license is issued for a period commencing February 1, 2002 and ending January 31, 2003.
  4. Said license is issued subject to any and all restrictions imposed by the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Jackson Township Planning Board.
  5. That upon the adoption of this resolution, the Township Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to the Township Administrator and Fountainhead Properties t/a Fountainhead Park.
