WHEREAS, Block 66.09 Lot 3.268 is not located on the Golf Course but was assessed for 2002 as a Golf Course lot, and;

WHEREAS, the assessed land value for 2002 reflects a $15,000.00 premium that needs to be corrected along with the corresponding taxes.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, in the County of Ocean, and State of New Jersey as follows:

  1. The 2002 tax assessment is to be corrected to reflect a land value of $50,200 and the 2002 taxes by credited $478.80 against the fourth quarter.
  2. The 2003 assessment to be changed accordingly.

  9. WHEREAS, Fountainhead Properties t/a Fountainhead Park has requested a renewal of its Mobile Home Park License for Calendar Year 2001 for property located at 1 Rose Drive, a/k/a Block 111, Lot 39, Jackson Township; and
  10. WHEREAS, per Chapter 99 of the Jackson Code, said applicant has submitted an application in proper form, paid the required fees and has received approval from various municipal departments and agencies.
  11. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
  12. The application of Fountainhead Properties t/a Fountainhead Park for renewal of its Mobile Home Park License for the premises known as 1 Rose Drive, a/k/a Block 111, Lot 39, Jackson Township, is hereby approved.
  13. The Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid renewal to the applicant.
  14. Said license is issued for a period commencing February 1, 2001 and ending January 31, 2002.
