NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Committee of the Township of Jackson County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, that the Performance Guarantee in the amount of $321,971.79 and the Cash Bond in the amount of $35,774.65 heretofore posted with the Township may and hereby is released and resolution 285R-01 is amended as follows:
The previously required cash bond in the amount of $10,000.00 to cover outstanding landscape items is hereby waived as these items have been completed to the satisfaction of the Township Engineer, CME Associates.
The Mayor and Township Clerk are authorized to sign or issue any appropriate documentation to give effect to the within resolution.

WHEREAS, Block 147.02 Lot 8 was subdivided by a 2000 deed and should have been deleted from the 2001 tax list, and;
WHEREAS, Block 147.02 Lot 8 appeared erroneously on the 2001 tax list and need to have 2001 taxes removed in the amount of $43.12.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey as follows:
The Tax Collector is directed to cancel 2001 taxes in the amount of $43.12 and refund or transfer any amounts paid for 2001.
