WHEREAS, certain vacancies exist for School Traffic Guards and the Director of Public Safety has recommend individuals to be appointed to fill said vacancies; and
WHEREAS, Public Law 1979, Chapter 82 permits a municipality to appoint School Traffic Guards for a term not exceeding one (1) year; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
