BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:

SECTION 2: Is hereby amended by amending Section 3-19 2(b)(c) to read as follows:

2. Tape recording, blueprints and miscellaneous public documents.
3. (b)Master Plan, inclusive of Revisions and Color rendering of the Zoning Map: $87.50 Revisions only of the Master Plan: $7.50
4. (c)Zoning Map, Black & White: $3.50 Zoning Map, Color: $5.00

Additionally, all references to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-2 in Sections 3-19 D (1), (2)(j) and (3) shall be replaced with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.

NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a regular meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Jackson, in the County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, held on August 26, 2002, and will be considered for second reading and final passage at the regular meeting of said Governing Body to be held on the 9th day of September, 2002, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as this matter can be reached, at the meeting room of the Municipal Building in said Township, at which time all persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard concerning this Ordinance.
