WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson desires to issue a 2026 Mobile Home Park License to UMH Properties, Inc., t/a Southwind Village, Block 15501, Lot 22, 435 E. Veterans Highway, Jackson Township, and
WHEREAS, this approval is based upon the submission of all required documents and the approval from the Bureau of Fire Prevention and Municipal Utilities Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
The application of UMH Properties, Inc. t/a Southwind Village Mobile Home Park, 565 Diamond Road, Jackson Township, is hereby conditionally approved effective February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027.
The Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue the aforesaid license to the applicant.
Said license is issued subject to any and all restrictions imposed by the Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and/or the Jackson Township Planning Board.
Upon the adoption of the resolution, the Township Clerk is authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of it to UMH Properties, Inc., t/a Southwind Village.
