RE: Applications for Rental Decrease
BE IT RESOLVED, by the local Rent Control Board of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey, as follows:
WHEREAS, Jim Dombrowski, Mary Ellen Kouderick, Dennis Casale, Linda Raduses, Sidney Zukarfein, Sara Riggleman, Mary Ellen McCann, Brian Bastian, Donald Gourley, Vincent DeMetro, Mr and Mrs. Gary Halligan, Helen McLaughlin, Doris Roberts, Madelyn Riggleman, Amy Oyer, Roland Torick, Ella Westlake and Ronald and Kharly Pekarchik filed an application seeking a rental decrease based upon actions occurring in 2025; and
WHEREAS, The Board has also heard testimony from the applicants, and
WHEREAS, The Board has evaluated the testimony and documents submitted by Respondent, MAPLE GLEN MOBILE HOME PARK; and
WHEREAS, said Board having considered said application, testimony and exhibits submitted, makes the following findings:
1. The Applicants are denied rent reduction.
