NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey hereby honor and recognize the Armed Forces Heritage House Museum for its commitment, service, and undertaking to establish a world-class museum for the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution shall be provided by the Township Clerk to each of the following:

  1. The Honorable Chris Christie, Governor of the State of New Jersey;
  2. The Honorable United States Congressman Christopher H. Smith;
  3. The Honorable Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders;
  4. The Armed Forces Heritage House Museum;
  5. NJ 12^{th} Legislative District

  9. TITLE: CONSENT TO THE APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER TO THE APARTMENT AND MOBILE HOME PARK RENT LEVELING BOARD

  11. WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Apartment and Mobile Home Park Rent Leveling Board; and
  12. WHEREAS, the Mayor, with the advice and consent of Council, is authorized to make said appointments pursuant to Chapter 3-151 of the Administrative Code of the Township of Jackson; and
  13. WHEREAS, the Mayor desires to fill said vacancy on this board; and
  14. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
  15. The Township Council hereby consents and approves the appointment of the following individual to the Apartment and Mobile Home Park Rent Leveling Board:

Member Term

  • Charles Dimino* Commencing immediately through December 31, 2016* To fill the unexpired term of Paul Rugarber.
  • Appointee shall perform such duties and responsibilities as set forth by State Statute and the Municipal Code of the Township of Jackson.
  • Appointee shall serve without compensation.
  • Copies of this resolution to Rent Leveling Board, Municipal Administrator, appointee and any other interested parties.
