# TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 383-2025 AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES W. TEREFENKO AS TOWNSHIP ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Township Council; and
WHEREAS, Charles W. Terefenko is duly qualified to be appointed to such position; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor, with the consent of the Township Council, to appoint Charles W. Terefenko to serve as Township Administrator effective January 1, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That Charles W. Terefenko is hereby appointed and confirmed as Township Administrator of the Township of Jackson, effective January 1, 2026.
2. That the Mayor and Township Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and attest to, respectively, an employment agreement with Charles W. Terefenko, in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule A; and
3. That copies of this resolution shall be forwarded to the Chief Financial Officer and Charles W. Terefenko.
