# RESOLUTION 379-2025 TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON
# TRANSFERRING CERTAIN 2025 BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS
WHEREAS, there are certain 2025 budget appropriations of the Township of Jackson which are insufficient to meet the requirements for operating the affairs of the Township of Jackson; and
WHEREAS, there are certain other 2025 Budget appropriations where there are unexpended balances which will not be needed for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, revised statute 40A:4-58 provides for transfers; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to transfer from accounts that have expended balances accounts which have insufficient balances
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, Ocean County, New Jersey, that the sum of
$1,987,000.00 be transferred in the Current Fund as listed and contained herein as attached Schedule "A".
