# TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 370-2025
## AUTHORIZING CONTRACT THROUGH EDUCATIONAL SERVICES COMMISSION OF NEW JERSEY COOPERATIVE CONTRACT VENDOR CHERRY VALLEY TRACTOR THROUGH #65MCESCCPS - ESCNJ 22/23-12
WHEREAS the Township of Jackson may by resolution, and without advertising for bids or obtaining quotations, purchase any goods or services as per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11, under the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey Cooperative Pricing System; and
WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson has the need on a timely basis to purchase goods and services utilizing Educational Service Commission of New Jersey Contracts, duly authorized under law to extend contract pricing to local units, per N.J.A.C. 5:34-7 et. Seq.; and
WHEREAS the Township intends to enter into contract for procurement of a Kubota M6S-111SHDC 4WD, Cab Tractor and accessories in the amount of $213,582.78 through Cherry Valley Tractor, holder of ESCNJ 22/23-12; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified funds in the amount of $213,582.78 are available in:
Capital Ordinance C-04-55-848-000-329
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to procure a Kubota M6S-111SHDC 4WD, Cab Tractor and accessories in the amount of $213,582.78 through Cherry Valley Tractor, holder of ESCNJ 22/23-12.
