# TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 367-2025
## AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF A REQUIRED DISCLOSURE AWARD TO HECHT TRAILERS LLC FOR TRAILERS
WHEREAS, the Township of Jackson has the need for two (2) enclosed trailers as a required disclosure contract through Hecht Trailers LLC 2075 Lakewood Rd, Toms River, NJ 08755 pursuant to provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et. Seq., and
WHEREAS the value of the contract will exceed $17,500.00; and,
WHEREAS the Township has sought multiple quotes in accord with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-6.1; and
WHEREAS, Hecht Trailers LLC 2075 Lakewood Rd, Toms River, NJ 08755 has completed and submitted a Business Entity Disclosure Certification and Political Contribution Disclosure Certification as per N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, and been advised of continuing obligations pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5, and
WHEREAS, that the Chief Finance Officer has certified the funds not to exceed $20,858.65 for the aforesaid contract from:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, and State of New Jersey as follows:
1. Hecht Trailers LLC is authorized as a required disclosure vendor for the procurement of two (2) trailers in the amount of $20,858.65.
2. That the Township Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the following:
Division of Purchasing
OEM Coordinator
Chief Financial Officer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Business Disclosure Entity Certification and the Determination of Value be placed on file with this resolution.
