## AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A MUNICIPAL STATEMENT OF CONSENT FOR A TREATMENT WORKS APPROVAL APPLICATION TO THE NJDEP FOR FIVE CORNERS PLAZA, 707 JACKSON MILLS-FREEHOLD ROAD

WHEREAS, the owner of the property known as the Five Corners Plaza wishes to replace its' existing septic system in accordance with State regulations; and
WHEREAS, such a replacement requires an application to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for a Treatment Works Application, which in turn requires municipal consent; and
WHEREAS, the Township Engineer has reviewed the request of the Applicant, has confirmed with the uses currently existing are permitted in the zone and has no objection to the Township issuing such municipal consent.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED this 16th day of December, 2025 by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey that the Mayor, Township Clerk and such other Township Officials as may be deemed necessary are hereby authorized to execute a Statement of Municipal Consent for the Five Corners Plaza Septic Replacement Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the following:
1. Charles Cunliffe, PP, CME, Township Engineer
2. Jennifer Kuhn, Mayor
3. Sandra Martin, RMC, Township Clerk
4. Gregory P. McGuckin, Esq. Township Attorney
