TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON RESOLUTION 321-2025

RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF JACKSON, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, APPOINTING COUNCILMAN KENNETH BRESSI AS CLASS III MEMBER TO THE MUNICIPAL PLANNING BOARD

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-23), the municipal Planning Board consists of certain members, including a Class III member; and

WHEREAS, a Class III member is a member of the municipal governing body, appointed by said governing body; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint a Class III member for the remainder of the 2025 calendar year, ending December 31, 2025 and

WHEREAS, the Township Council desires to appoint Councilman Kenneth Bressi, to serve as the Class III member of the Planning Board.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of Jackson, as follows:

1. That Kenneth Bressi is hereby appointed as the Class III member of the [Jackson Township Planning Board for the remainder of the 2025 calendar year, ending December 31, 2025.
2. That the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Planning Board Secretary and Kenneth Bressi.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
