Pursuant to your request, McDonough and Rea Associates (MRA) has consolidated our data into a comprehensive report that covers Adventure Crossing Phases I thru IV. Jackson Township has granted Site Plan approvals for Phases I thru IV of Adventure Crossing. This report will evaluate the Route 537 corridor from the U-Turn jughandle intersection at Milepost 40.72 to the Route 526/571 intersection at Milepost 42.21, as well as the 4-way internal intersection Pine Street Extension. The Adventure Crossing location is detailed on Figure 1, a Site Location Map in the Appendix and the land use proposal is summarized in Table I below:
