A comparison was then made of the total trips utilized in MRA's previous Traffic Impact Analysis for Phases III and IV and total trips currently projected for the new Phase III and IV development proposal and is shown on Table V.
TABLE V
TRIP GENERATION COMPARISON
| PROPOSAL | AMPSH | PMPSH | SAT.PH |
|---|
| Old | 282 | 476 | 453 |
|---|
| New | 215 | 260 | 247 |
|---|
| Difference | -67 | -216 | -206 |
|---|
Based on the foregoing trip generation analyses for the new development program, it is concluded that there will be a substantial decrease in AM peak street hour, PM peak street hour and Saturday peak hour traffic generation from the previous estimate utilized by MRA for Phases III and IV. Therefore, conclusions reached in our previous Traffic Impact Analysis for Phases III and IV remain valid.
We hope the foregoing traffic generation analysis is satisfactory.
