CR 537/U-TURN FACILITIES

At the signalized U-Turn facility on CR 537, findings were that this signalized intersection would operate as follows, with the Phase I improvements, including widening the CR 537 westbound ramp and restriping the approach to the signal to provide a double left turn lane and a thru lane with the traffic signal operating on a 110 second cycle:

➢ Weekday PM peak street hour: Level of service “C”, 26.4 seconds of delay.

Saturday AM peak street hour: Level of service “C”, 31.4 seconds of delay.

> Saturday PM peak street hour: Level of service "C", 25.8 seconds of delay.

Based on the foregoing analyses, the roadway and traffic signal improvements at this location associated with Adventure Crossing-Phase I will be capable of supporting Adventure Crossing traffic volumes within acceptable traffic engineering parameters.

PINE DRIVE INTERNAL 4-WAY INTERSECTION

At the internal Pine Drive 4-way intersection within the site, south of the CR 537/Pine Drive intersection, the following are our findings with 2 lanes on the northbound, southbound and westbound approaches and 3 lanes on the eastbound approach controlled by a 2-phase second cycle traffic signal.

▶ Weekday PM peak street hour: Level of service “C”, 23.8 seconds of delay.

Saturday AM peak street hour: Level of service “C”, 20.7 seconds of delay.

Saturday PM peak street hour: Level of service "C", 26.3 seconds of delay.

Based on the foregoing, the internal 4-way intersection will operate within acceptable traffic engineering parameters as a signalized intersection.

CR 537/I-195 WESTBOUND OFF-RAMP INTERSECTION

At this signalized intersection, the 2032 build traffic volumes indicate that the westbound approach should be widened to provide a double left turn lane to provide the following levels of service:
