Shade Tree Commission meeting was called to order by Chairman Steve Chisholm at 7:30 p.m. followed by a Flag Salute.
Announced compliance with Open Public Meeting Act.

Motion to approve the minutes of the
August 8, 2022 meeting made by W. Schapp, second by D. Ossowski Commission Vote: M. McCabe, D. Ossowski, W. Schaap, S. Chisholm – Aye
Chairman Chisholm noted the passing of Commission Member Don Orban in December 2021.
Tree Specialist / Forester's Report:

Major Subdivision- Royale Property Management
Block 14101 Lot 18 Walked tree line with contractor (A to Z Site Contractors). Save additional trees inside clearing limits. Tree protection fencing at LOD.
550 Jackson Mills Road
Single family home. Tagged additional trees to be removed in tree save area due to invasive species and hazardous trees.
Site visit and meeting to review clearing. Marked 1 additional tulip tree at the back-right property line to remain. Property has existing house to demolish. Tree removal is within existing lawn area.
