Council President Updegrave stated mayor and Stallone were attending the PBA award dinner.

PROCLAMATIONS / PRESENTATIONS

SCOTT WINSTON – MAYOR’S ACHIEVEMENT AWARD- postponed to May 27th.

NATIONAL PEACE OFFICER'S WEEK – MAY 11^{TH} – MAY 17^{TH} 2008-postponed to May 27^{th}.

NATIONAL PUBLIC WORKS WEEK –

Council Vice President Gudaitis read a proclamation proclaiming MAY 18TH – MAY 24TH 2008 as National Public Works Week. He congratulated Fred Rasiewicz who then thanked the Mayor and Council on behalf of the Public Works employees for their hard work and dedication to the township.

COMMENTS BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL MEMBERS:

COUNCILWOMAN INGRAM thanked everyone for coming and congratulated Mike Kafton, Mike Reina and Roberta “Bobbie” Rivere on their victory and offered to assist in the transition.
