This project added turn lanes to SR 60 (Brandon Boulevard) between Brandon Town Center Drive and Gornto Lake Road in Hillsborough County.

Other improvements included:

  • modifying the existing directional opening by eliminating the eastbound SR 60 (Brandon Boulevard) left turn onto Lake Kathy Drive (motorist to continue eastbound and make a U-turn at the signalized Gornto Lake Road intersection).
  • replacing the traffic signals at Brandon Town Center Drive.
