Ron would like to apply for this Grant. He has researched a parcel of land on Jackson Mills Road.
Steve would like to use the Grant to conserve the Putnam Park (off Rte. 528) area. The Township is proposing to construct a Dog Park at the Putnam Park location, near the front of the park. Steve would like to move the Dog Park area to township owned property at the South side of the loop in the rear and keep the front park area for the planned Arboretum at the site. He would also be interested in working with the Jackson Pathfinders to create walking trails at the park.
Ron will look further into the Grant requirements and will work together with Mary to develop the plans for the park. Application deadline is January 21, 2021.
## Old Business
Arbor Day 2020- Joe stated that the tree has been purchased and is waiting to be planted. Steve stated that the Business Administrator would like to improve the appearance of the outside of the Municipal Building.
