Shade Tree Commission meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Leo Kissling at 7:35 p.m. followed by a Flag Salute.

Tree Specialist Ron Dollman/ Forester's Report: September 2020 Site Plan Reviews:

  • Green Valley Rd/ Brewers Bridge Rd. – 39.26 acre site. Proposing to build nine new single-family homes and one storm water basin. Residential lots are 1+ acres. Provided Landscape plan but did not include a tree removal plan.
  • JB's Diner – Rte 537 2.63 acre lot, previously cleared, planning to construct a 6500 sf restaurant with associated site improvements.

Tree Removal Permits

  • 11 Denmark Lane (off Green Valley Rd) construct single family house
  • 253 Hawkin Road – construct single family home
