This wooded parcel lies on the west side of Jackson St., north of the CBD in a mixed-use area just south of Wheelock Parkway. The two parcels were independently acquired in August of 2024 for a combined price of $90,000 in separate transactions. The buyer is a prominent developer in the St. Paul market and is proposing to develop the property in conjunction with the HRA for a proposed 60-80 unit affordable housing project by including adjoining HRA land (19.29.22.21.0112). The parcel has minor soil contamination and according to older soil reports has fill in some areas.
